The 2022 Richmond Public Schools Education Foundation (RPSEF) General Scholarship is open to all RPS seniors currently attending one of the eight high schools in the city. Several scholarships ranging from $1,000 to $1,200 are available. The General scholarship application can be accessed at Bright Promise Scholarship is a non-renewable $1000 scholarship for students planning to pursue studies towards a helping profession such as teaching, nursing or social work. Students must have a minimum 3.0 GPA and have demonstrated financial need through their FAFSA EFC score. The Bright Promise Scholarship can be accessed at All applications and supporting materials should be submitted online and are due on or before Monday, May 16, 2022 at 11:59 pm.

The Richmond Road Runners Club (RRRC) has established a scholarship program for Richmond-area high school seniors involved in running or running-related activities. This year, RRRC will award up to three (3) $2,000 scholarships to students who have and will contribute to the running community and represent the beneficial aspects of running as a healthy lifestyle. Esperanza Educational Fund Scholarship-provides scholarships to students from MD, VA, and Washington DC who are immigrants or children of immigrants - 8 - 12 scholarships awarded of $3,000 - $20,000; Deadline: April 1, 2022

The Richmond Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. is sponsoring two scholarships for a graduating senior in the Richmond Metropolitan area. The deadline to apply is April 1, 2022.

Chris Jones Innovator Award-a scholarship in the amount of $1,000 will be awarded to a current high school senior who plans to enroll in college in the fall of 2022. More details can be found in the attached flyer. Deadline: March 31, 2022

Fulton Bank Diversity Scholarship Program has extended its deadline to March 31, 2022. See Micah if you have questions or would like a copy of the application.

The P. A. T. H. Scholarship is sponsored by Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc. Current Richmond City high school seniors with a 2.5 or higher G.P.A. are eligible to apply. More information can be found on the attached flyer or by visiting
