Operational update: Monday, February 2, 2026
Monday, February 2, will be a remote learning day for RPS. Employees should telework as they are able. Facilities and maintenance staff should check in with their manager in the morning. The Monday School Board meeting will be held in person.
Secondary classes will be synchronous learning. Students should use Chromebooks to access classes on Canvas. All elementary and preschool families should check their child’s ParentSquare for assignments. If your child’s middle school did not send home Chromebooks, please check ParentSquare for assignments, as well.
We know that some middle- and high school families may have connectivity challenges; if that is the case for your family, please work with your principal and teachers upon our return to make up work. We know that this has been a difficult week for many, and we will work with families to find solutions.
